Resin sand casting brings precise dimension, smooth surface and fewer casting defects. The cast shell features uniform wall thickness, high rigidity and impact resistance, not easy to crack or deform under long-term vibration and outdoor working conditions. Workpieces go through shot blasting and stress relief annealing, with customizable surface coating for long-term anti-corrosion in dusty and humid construction sites.
