This policy applies to all products and services from GooCasting. By placing an order, you agree to the below terms.
1. General Rules
Most of our products are custom castings and machined parts made per your drawings and requirements. Once mold making or production begins, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All goods are strictly inspected before shipment. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders cancelled before production starts: Full refund.
- Orders cancelled after tooling/mold production: Tooling costs are non-refundable; incurred material and labor fees will be deducted from the refund.
3. Accepted Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or free replacements within 15 calendar days after delivery only for:
- Products inconsistent with approved samples, drawings or specifications due to our production errors
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage caused by our improper packaging during transit
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Errors from incorrect drawings/requirements provided by you
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, modification or transportation after delivery
- Products conforming to agreed standards
- Finished prototypes and trial samples (except our quality faults)
5. Return & Refund Process
- Contact us with your order number, photos and problem description within 15 days after receiving goods.
- Our team will verify the issue within 3–5 working days.
- If confirmed as our liability, we offer free remanufacture, redelivery or negotiated refund. We cover all related shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
6. Custom Molds
All custom molds and toolings are the property of GooCasting. Mold fees are non-refundable. We will keep molds properly within the agreed period.
7. Policy Update
GooCasting reserves the right to update this policy. The latest version shall apply to all new orders.
