GooCasting® aluminum die casting valve housing is manufactured by one-time high-pressure die casting with ADC12 aluminum alloy. The flange mounting surface, cylindrical cavity and positioning bosses are integrally cast. The casting has dense internal structure and effectively avoids air hole leakage problems, serving as the blank shell of hydraulic valves and pneumatic valves. Subsequent precision machining including turning, drilling and milling can be carried out on the casting.
