GooCasting® aluminum die cast hydraulic manifold valve blocks are precision one-piece die cast hydraulic control components. Internal precise oil flow channels are formed during casting, with external reserved SUP oil inlet, OUT oil outlet and mounting screw holes for direct assembly of hydraulic control valves.
After rough die casting blanks, we provide full secondary processing including CNC precision finishing, drilling, reaming and sealing surface milling. All inner flow channels are thoroughly polished to eliminate burrs, ensuring smooth oil circulation without blockage. Sealing planes are finely milled to fit sealing rings tightly and effectively prevent hydraulic oil leakage. Multiple surface treatments are optional to greatly boost corrosion resistance and service life.
We support full drawing customization: new mold development according to customer hydraulic drawings, adjustable oil port positions and internal flow channel structures to match different hydraulic system demands.
